Susan Schneider Williams wrote an article for a medical journal called "Neurology" which she titled "The Terrorist Inside My Husband's Brain."
She says the brain disease Lewy Body Disease (LBD) manifested itself in terrible ways, urinary difficulty, insomnia, poor sense of smell, extreme stress, paranoia, delusions and memory loss.
She says during filming of "Night at the Museum 3" he suffered panic attacks and uncharacteristically forgot his lines.
Susan recalls a month before his death in 2014, Robin was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He would tell the doctors, "I just want to reboot my brain."
And, she says, during Robin's last night, things seemed better -- "like one long date." He said, "Goodnight my love" at the end of the evening ... the last thing he ever said to her.
