I just received a Thank You mail from our lady, guys. She and her mum have received a new phone from Tecno, four days after we shared her story. Please read below the new mail she sent in:

How are you doing? I just want to inform you that, Tecno changed the phone yesterday.
My mum was just called yesterday to go down to the store and we were given a new phone. She was also apologized to. Her story was seen on your blog. The power of social media.
