Probably it’s things like this that gave Nigeria Police the poor rating. They need to evolve better ways of doing their job; book and ticket a driver for a traffic ‘offence’ without even talking to him and send his fine to his address for payment and if he defaults, charge him to court with evidence. Simple!
This is very possible through due diligence. It’s done in other countries.
An eyewitness, Jude Kadiri, shared the photo and wrote;
“Can you see how Nigeria Police are disgrace to Nigerians in d name of money? This is what happen this morning at First East Circular Road Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.”
By doing your job in a “civilized” manner, no one will have reasons to be talking about you this way.
