Demonstrators gathered in their thousands across the US and around the world in ‘Not My President’s Day’ rallies.
In Washington DC’s Dupont Circle, critics held signs calling the 45th president a “mockery”, “liar” and a “fraud”.
Chanting, ‘stand up fight back,’ various speakers addressed the crowd and took aim at at everything from Trump’s nominations to the controversial ‘Muslim travel ban’ .
The protesters marched to the White House, carrying signs with slogans such as ‘illegitimate’, ‘We are the people’ and ‘not my values, not my president.’
