Large quantity of Iron Ore was on Tuesday discovered in Bendeghe-Afi in Ikom Local Govt Area of Cross River State, a discovery that has never been recorded before.
The Cross River State Ministry of Solid Minerals and the Chinese Team on Solid Minerals Mapping across the state, discovered huge deposits to the excitement of all.
According to Solomon Inok, on getting to the site after about three hours Biking and trekking from the main Village through a virgin forest which canopy created a dark interior to an amazing site was all covered with magnet-attracting stones.
