The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has announced the closure for 2017/2018 Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME)
The confirmation of this news actually came in a statement released and signed by the boards spokes man Fabian Benjamin on Tuesday.
Confirming the end of JAMB registration Mr Fabian Benjamin made mention of those who have not completed their registration but have purchase e-pin are given the opportunity to do so before 24 hours at the release of this news.
For clarity this information applies to only candidates who have already started the process of the JAMB registration if you among those who are yet to purchase your e-pin this information is not for because the official registration JAMB has come to an end for the 2017/2018 UTME examination.
It's also in your best interest to know that generation of the profile code for the purpose of the Jamb registration have no use and it's a total waste of time. According to Mr Benjamin since the last three months that the JAMB portal is open, he authoritatively stated that over 1.7 million candidates have applied so far.
The official date JAMB as an exam board started the sale of the form is on 6th of December and it was meant to end on 6th of February 2018 but it was extended to 11th of Feb. due late entries.
After the e-pin venting a total sum of 1,662,818 candidates purchsed the e-pin and 1,650,547 have successfully as at the time of this report he stated. Now, the only different is the number of students who have gotten the pin but are not able to registration and they have given each and every candidates an opportunity to make use of their e-pin before the registration portal closes.
