The Video Music Awards (VMAs) nominations have been revealed and guess who is leading the pack?? That’s right, none other than Queen Bey herself!
Beyoncé is leading with 11 nominations, making this the most number of nominations she’s received in a year. Adele is not too far behind with 8 nominations herself.

We all remember the infamous “Taylor imma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best music videos of all time” incident by Kanye West who, like many of us thought that award should’ve been awarded to Beyoncé.

The video of the year award is the biggest award of the VMAs and this year both Kanye and Beyoncé are nominated for the award for their videos for “FAMOUS” (the irony) and “Formation” respectively.

In true Kanye fashion, it’s safe to say that he believes that award should be awarded to him this time. I do however, wonder what he’ll say, or do, if the award doesn’t go to neither him nor Beyoncé, and instead goes to one of the other nominees who include Drake, Justin Bieber, and Adele.
