Gov. Ben Ayade’s men, who are also known as men in black, are reportedly living in a place at the Governor’s quarters in Calabar, that makes life difficult for them, as what they’re paid can’t fetch them anything better.
It is also alleged that they’re being owed for months and can barely afford to pay
