Fake Teen ‘Doctor’ Arrested Again On Fraud Charges!

Back in February when 18-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson made headlines for posing as a doctor? He opened up a clinic called the New Birth New Life Medical Center & Urgent Care complete with a website and was eventually arrested after it was discovered that he did not have a license. The story was laughable, because who does that?
Anyway, the teen is now 19 and it has been reported that he was arrested again during a scheduled court appearance on Monday. He racked up a fraud charge after writing an insufficient funds check for $1,500 as a down payment for a car and is also being charged with larceny between $20,000 and $100,000.

He was booked in Palm Beach County Jail and has since been released after posting an $8,000 bond, however what’s next for him in the eyes of the law may not be so good.
Palm Beach Post:

“Court records regarding the new charges weren’t immediately available Monday, but stem from incidents that occurred before investigators raided Love-Robinson’s West Palm Beach holistic medicine practice in February and charged him with practicing medicine without a license.

A month later, he was arrested again after prosecutors claim he fraudulently used elderly patient Anita Morrison’s checking account to make nearly $35,000 in car and credit card payments. Before Monday he faced 10 charges in all, including forgery and grand theft from a person 65 years or older.”

In February, Love-Robinson turned down a plea deal that would have sent him to prison for three years. He’s been assigned a third defense attorney and hopefully this ones a charm.
