I wish to express my sincere gratitude to our teeming fans for the support and confidence reposed on the club and its management since the commencement of the 2016/2017 NPFL season.
Despite a slow start to the season, we have persevered and stood by the club firmly. I am greatly humbled by this sheer show of solidarity and belief in the club. In view of this, I, on behalf of the club promise to make you all proud come end of the season.
Permit me to use this medium to make a passionate appeal to our fans who currently find it unappealing to be at the stadium on matchdays as a result of a poor start to the season. I humbly implore everyone within this category to please return to the stadium starting from this Sunday for our match against Sunshine Stars as the fortress misses you. The kick off time as usual is 4pm so we should endeavour to fill up the stadium before 3:30 as it promises to be a cracking encounter.
Admission is free!
The fortress would be glad to play host to everyone once again.
Let’s fill up the fortress – FC Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium!
Let’s take it back to being that formidable and intimidating match venue it was last season!
To those whose love and support never wavered, I say a big thank you. You are the reason this project lives on.
